We are at a time when there is a huge burden of emotional and mental health trauma YET when discussions around this kind of things crop up in social circles or public spaces very few people touch on it even though they are REALLY suffering.

As I look forward to reading your comments I would LOVE to tell you that your emotional and mental health are MORE important for you to care BECAUSE they impact on your physical health as well as other parts of your life.
There are too many people carrying emotional baggage all around and many would not dabble into discussions around this. However everyone is interested in talking about keeping fit and staying healthy yet they neglect the part of their body most in need of attention.
True self love starts with you nurturing your mind, your emotions, your body and most importantly your soul.
What would get you to start working on your emotional and mental health?
I am big on this because I KNOW what it means to have to keep up a smile even though your world is crashing all around you.
