Life-changing question for women whose lives have been affected by their emotional pain and they find it difficult to heal and grow.

Life-changing question for women whose lives have been affected by their emotional pain and they find it difficult to heal and grow.

If there was a way to confront the pain that you have buried and find healing, would you finally let go of the past, feel confident to begin the journey to positive growth, and dare to live the life of your dreams?

  • You have spent all your life shutting down a big part of yourself because you were too afraid to confront it.
  • You swallow your pain because everyone told you that your pain is not special. They give you examples of people who have it worse than you, and ask you to be grateful for yours.
  • You spend your days pretending that this pain is not causing a trauma that is affecting your life.
  • Every time you want to speak up, shame shuts you down. You worry about what people will say when they hear all that you’ve been through.
  • So, you keep silent and sweep everything under the rug again.
  • You smile at the world, but deep down, you wish someone can hold your hand, look into your eyes, and see that you need help.
  • You wake up every morning ignoring the part of you that yearns for healing.
  • You read other people’s stories of pain and silently nod along, relating, but not able to bring yourself to speak up.
  • You put up a face for everyone even when this pain is tearing you apart inside.
  • But it doesn’t have to be so.
  • You should not have to put up a face that is different from how you feel.
  • You should not have to ignore your pain to make other people feel comfortable.
  • You should not keep silent when speaking up has the power to bring you the healing that will transform your life.

Pain does not have to impact your life in a negative way

Often times, we are led to believe that the best way to deal with pain is to forget about it. Tostop thinking about it and leave it in the past. We are told to remember that it could have been worse and that everyone goes through one thing or the other. But you know the problem with this mindset? It is a bandaid on a wound that needs to be treated.

When you ignore a pain without dealing with it in an intentional and positive manner, you are only delaying an eruption. This pain will show up in other areas of your life when you least expect it. And when pain shows up in other places, it affects other areas of your life. What if I told you that you can make a simple decision right now that will help you begin on the path to healing your pain?

What if I showed you that pain is a gift that you can use to build a beautiful life for yourself? Would you believe me? Would you be willing to ignore your fears and give yourself a chance to live a better life? If your answer is yes, then I invite you to join me on the Intentional Healing Challenge.

The Intentional Healing Challenge is a journey where you release yourself from past hurt, embrace your truth, honour your pain, and take your first step towards owning your voice.

You’ve let your pain dictate who you are for too long. It is time to turn inwards and begin a journey of healing. The Intentional Healing Challenge is a 5-day challenge where I will be helping you lay the foundation for a better, more fulfilling life.

The challenge will help you towards:

1

Owning your voice – so that you are no longer terrified of speaking up and you can speak of your pain in

Whatever brought you pain has happened already. You can either let it continue to own you, or you can make the decision to own your story and heal.

I have been there, and after struggling under the weight of my pain, I found the strength and tools that helped me heal and be able to own my story.

My name is Aishah Adams and I have lived through this journey that you are stuck on. I have emerged from multiple traumas and gone on a journey of self-healing that helped me see my pain as a gift. In a world that sees divorces as a stain on the woman, I have been twice divorced. In a world where 1 in 4 women will go through a miscarriage in her lifetime, I have gone through 9 miscarriages. I have gone through divorce and health crises, but I rose Irrespective.

Your pain may not be exactly like mine, but I am sure that one thing that we have in common is that at some point, we have let this pain rule our lives. We have lived a life of unhappiness because we didn’t know how to rise above the pain.

If this is what you want, I invite you to join me on The Intentional Healing Challenge.

You don’t have anything to lose, and everything to gain. I have helped many women dig and grow in confidence while transforming their lives. It is time to surrender, embrace the truth, and own your emotions.

The Intentional Healing Challenge will run between the 15th-19th of February. I invite you to sign up for one week of the beginning of a transformation in your life.
